Easy & Simple Figure out the right time to go to sleep and get up so you don't wake up in the middle of REM sleep which is unhealthy and horrible, it also sets the alarm for you in your clock app which is everything i wanted, and it takes up no space. An essential app.

Good simple app The reason why I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is that about 50% of the time when i open the app the current time is incorrect and i had to manually change it. I do like how the notification bar is still visible while inside the app so i can easily confirm that the current time is right though but i ended up switching to the 90 Minutes (FREE) app because of this minor inconvenience and so far the time is always right.
