Description
Getting a good nights rest isn't always about quantity but quality. This app will help you by setting alarms for when you should head to sleep and wake up in order to wake up after REM sleep. A full REM cycle is typically 90 minutes of sleep and ideally we should sleep for about 5-6 rem cycles. SleepyTimer is a bedtime/sleep calculator, sleep alarm, or whatever you prefer to call it.

Recent changes: Some devices have an issue with the default clock (if you have replaced the default alarm app possibly) that can cause the app to crash when adding the timer. So to prevent the crash/force quit I added a friendly error dialog. Looking into ways to make the alarms work for everyone.

Don't install!! Poor layout, isn't personalized and does not work. When uninstalled, the alarms do not turn off! They go off every night and day, and you can't get rid of them. Awful!!!!

Please calculate how many hours I sleep Please provide a calculation of the number of hour I am going to sleep in the (tip) next to each suggestion on when I should head to bed I liked this app so much but to me not having this app calculate how many hrs I am going to sleep is a major set back. Please add this feature
