I'll be honest I tried a 7-day trial with SLICE and I can't fault the network in any way, the reason I have not taken a paid plan is I currently get 80 GB plus unlimited C & T for £9 off SMARTY MOBILE (as a group discount, also run a HUAWEI_H112-370 5G CPE PRO ROUTER WITH UNLIMITED DATA.... ***UPDATE*** Now with slice mobile, I do travel but do not use a mobile phone internationally, but just in case I did need a PUK code, but it used up 10 attempts kudos to CS George., a simple reboot fixed it

Absolutely different experience to other networks. Actually have customer service that responds promptly. Also, I do believe we as users of these services need to be more aware and help not hinder. Interesting details and workings of slice and customer service again...a service is only as good as when it's not and this is the first time a tel provider has at least kept me informed stayed polite and courteous. I do hope that things improve across the UK's Tel network the things that we could do.

Nothing but issues. Not I can't make or received phone calls. Upon trying to make a call my phone instantly hangs up. This left me stranded in Newcastle city center at 2am, not being able to call a relative or a taxi having just returned from Wembley. Sms and data is fine but not phone calls. Sort it out!

Avoid. This is a new network with many issues. Texts not sending, PAC codes failing, calls dropping. Slice lost me my mobile number that ID had for 14 yrs - just left me hanging with no resolution. You'll regret ever laying eyes on this network. Don't fall for the fun marketing, it's a pretty plaster for a nasty deep wound.

Buggy and wrong. Downloaded the app, and it tells me my phone is not eSIM enabled, but it is, (Honor 90 5g). I've been using another eSim for a while. Also, won't let me input my name so can't sign up!
