Fun and innovative While not without hitches native to any combat-centric RPG Slingshot Braves can offer long sessions before becoming too grinding with repetition due to the impressive use of physics in character control. It is room based and you jump between constant combat phases, the sound and music are so-so and it is a rather minimalistic story centered around a demon slaying faction. Where it shines is in the actual combat mechanics being something between Okami and Battle Tops it utilizes momentum and clever use of combat zone boundaries to offer a super addictive physics based battle system that can be altered based on weapon types and passive effects granted somewhat randomly through a deep upgrade and synthesis/evolution system with elemental boosters serving similar to cards or gems to be socketed to gear. While not ever taking to any entirely new grounds this title does so many things right that it is most certainly worth a trial for any gamer.

Game is Dead. No more updates. I wanted to come back and play this game but I came back to see this game dead. Just like the app Akyashi Ghost Guild, another good app disappearing with no warning. Truly saddening. What was once a editors choice now dead.
