I have been sincerely enjoying the Kundalini awakening meditation as welk as the Holotropic Breathing. I use these techniques while playing Spotify at a lower volume using theta binaural frequencies. I had the most satisfying and intense Kundalini meditation today. Felt every chakra heating up and pulsing. Truly fascinating

As a certified Gong Instructor since 2001 from Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming Boston, I am impressed with the comprehensive selection and process for beginners as well as the most seasoned meditation practitioners. Put your HiFi headphones to good use. Monks atop tibetan mountains are doing some of the same as are hundreds of thousands of app users. Commit to yourself. It's For You.

I love the flexibility of session lengths. This makes meditation easy to fit into my schedule. I would like more medium-length options though, but the variety already keeps me consistent.

Scammers. I signed up for a trial, and then they charged my credit card multiple times for increasing amounts. I had to call my credit card company and report fraud. It's insane to do that to people. It doesn't help me meditate when you steal from me. Edit - when many people's reviews say that you made unauthorized charges it's a problem, not the end user.

The app doesn't work properly. I cancel my subscription, and they refuse to give my refund back

It has some good meditations, but the daily ones are not available after the day so if you miss one there's no archive, think it's a big minus. Also sometimes they don't even play. Can't give more than 2 stars for that reason
