I noticed something, I turned off my age from showing publicly, and now I can send anyone letters from any age, when you have your age shows publicly it blocks you from interacting with teenagers, so turning it off makes you able to interact with anyone, don't think that's such a good idea once predators and bad actors figure this out. It'll be bad, Best fix it and make it, so it still stays within your age limit even if it's not showing publicly.

I am not comfortable after subscribed also from this app. Because the search filters could be improved, and the letter delivery time feels too slow for today's communication standards. While the letter-writing experience is enjoyable, faster delivery options would make the app more appealing. I hope Slowly adds a delivery-time customization feature, especially for Plus subscribers, allowing users to choose delivery speeds from a few seconds to longer waiting times based on their preference.

I will not recommend it as my account was blocked because I sent a letter which had a matching topic for the receiver, I'm very sure my letter was polite and respectful. I have been using slowly for over 5 years but instead of cross-checking the admin decided to block the account. They will also send you messages if you try to go for faster communication like messenger. I will delete the account and won't be using slowly after this incident. Earlier I left a 5 star which I have already removed.

Interesting premise but bad execution. Maybe I just write bad letters but out of 8 letters (~4k words) I only got 1 response. That one responder ghosted after my second letter. Even left an open letter up for a week with no takers. Did not come to a penal app just to get ghosted like I do with job applications
