Very bad experience with small case functionality. I am an investor with small case and my small case had expired .post expiry I wanted to check the performance of status and my earnings on that small case, but they do not show it to you unless you pay for subscription.please do not go for this application as their intention is only to make money from customer and do conceal certain information till you pay

I have taken loan against MF facility, 25000 balance is available to withdraw, but from last 4 days not able to withdraw money, I have raised ticket for that but no reply, the worst service and problem-solving.

Very disappointed with Small case support. My AutoPay failed due to what appears to be an issue on their side. Instead of investigating, support keeps pushing me to create a new UPI mandate and resubscribe. This leaves the old mandate orphaned and potentially active, as they haven't cancelled it. Failures in payment systems happen, but refusing to acknowledge, investigate, or fix them is unacceptable. The ongoing support conversation has been frustrating and unhelpful.
