Everything is fine but no option to place limit orders or anything. When buying stocks they sometimes get executed at a very higher price than current market price, certainly not good.

App is "User Friendly", not doubt in that, but the issues are their API integrations with the Dmat Trading accounts, SIPs are being placed at incorrect dates, App always shows as to "Repair Order", when we contact customer support agent (using chat feature) they don't resolve the issue, every day new support agent will appear, and we have to repeat the entire scenario, looks like Small case company using us to teach and train their support agents, instead of resolving our issues.

Poor support. The support in case of any issue is poor. They'll respond similar to an email response, but you won't get any notification or anything. Issue - All of my stocks of GENUSPOWER were sold during a rebalancing incorrectly and the next day it showed, "Repair Order" and asked me to buy back. This caused me unnecessary STCG. On support side, there is no understanding of the issue or clear communication just standard responses saying I have sold the stock directly.

Pls don't go for any paid small case subscription, the subscription charge is huge and auto-renewable. Many Mutual funds is way better than small case. If somehow you don't want to use this for a while and forget to unsubscribe the amount will be deducted automatically. It's not some couple of hundred it's thousands of rupees.

Let me tell you the reality about this app, you will create an account in it, but later there is no option to delete the account anywhere, you will talk to them through mail that please delete my account, then they will keep replying again and again that why should you delete your account, but they will not delete the account, I have thought of filing a complaint with SEBI.
