The app is good, but kindly consider using a 1000 separator (whether a comma or space) in the amounts. e.g. 1000000 vs 1,000,000. It makes a very big difference.

The new update is totally annoying. I have had to register myself twice, yet I had an existing account in the previous version. At least I did find my insurance information intact. Please fix this. I had logged into the app last week, where I registered afresh, logged in today and had to register myself again.

1) This application I have seen they have included some dental treatment clinics like, SMILE DENTAL CLINIC MBARARA, DENTAL ACCESS, MBARARA, I visited today on 22 May 2026, and they told me that we not using this Prudential insurance, See, I was planned to do my dental work, and I went with family with rented car, and my Time also I wested, if this clinic not supported for Premed, then why they on application list 2) another whenever I using application is showing that NO INTERNET connec

The inconsistency in this app is annoying. One day my cover is linked, the next day I can barely sign in, and the next my cover is not linked anymore. I tried linking again, and it seems not to work.

I don't think there's ever been a more poorly built app that I've HAD to use. Every single time I need to use the app, I cannot log in. Even when I set it to not log me out, I am logged out and when I try to log in? Login failed because of malformed data. Delete and reinstall the app you might say. Doesn't matter it still won't log me in unless I roll on the floor crying, begging for it to log me in and even then maybe not. For the love of god, please can someone do something about this!

Upon logging in with my credentials, the app opens, but with someone else's details that I am even accessing their personal info like visits, expenses, and sorts

They don't monitor the app, it routinely fails to log in and just keeps sending OTPs but nowhere to input the OTP
