I've never had an issue with Smart App before until I finally received my 1st survey!! So far I've received a total of 5 surveys within the past year. The 1st one I didn't quilify, but the 2nd and 3rd I quilified and fully completed both surveys.. I did contact the Smart App and still no response or rewards for either of the 2 surveys I completed..

Usually a great app. However for over a month i have to uninstall and reinstall to get VPN to reconnect, and sometimes that doesn't even work. Sometimes it'll Tell me all devices connected and then that VPN is disconnected. Would give 5 stars if this is fixed.

I’ve already told all my family n friends to download it, unfortunately some have iPhones n r unable to use. That would be my only recommendation to the developer, fix for iPhone users also. I have had this app for a couple of years now and enjoyed it. I never had a problem cashing my rewards until now. My reward balance went from $15 with an error message stating invalid code when i would try to redeem them to $0 balance in about 2 minutes. Where did my rewards go? Not to my paypal account. Did I just get scammed?

BEWARE! No longer pays rewards - when you attempt to redeem they verify your phone number with a code that is now rejected as invalid and attempts to request a resend (or voice call verification) fail. And support DOES NOT RESPOND!

Cant redeem most recent rewards through PayPal. I get the validation code texted to me but it is always invalid. No response from customer service either.
