Didnt sync old data to new device. When I upgraded and redownload the app to a new phone, it didn't sync the old data to the new phone although I have sign in with an account. I hope they fix this soon.

There is NO customer support for the app. The app disabled data Running App Link to export my data to Strava on Oct 14th, 2019 even though the notice said that it would end on June 30, 2020. The Developer email directs you to the website for the Product support. I contacted Product support and the lady said that I called product support and couldn't help with the app. She advised me to contact to Google Play. Horrible customer service all around from Sony!

I started out loving this app when I bought my Sony B headphones back in March. Worked great until the latest Android 8.0 update. Now it won't open and I can't track my runs. Extremely disappointed! I had been tracking my progress towards goals and now I can't run it. Fix it please!!!

Great concept Frustratingly I cannot use the training function. It hangs on the popup message 'tap "transfer training" to transfer training plan do device'. Hopefully this is promptly addressed in an update!
