They removed access to some servers without any notice. I paid an annual subscription and canceled as I don't have a use for it after they removed the servers I was using. They refused to reimburse the fee I paid.

Used to work just fine on Android, last week couldn't get any connection to ANY servers on android phone or tablet. Fyi iOS app connects just fine on iphone and iPad same home Wi-Fi 😒

Was amazing. NOT NOW! After renewing my subscription, now the APP doesn't connect to anything, anywhere. I haven't done anything different, just given them more money. How is this good service?

Suddenly stopped working. Will no longer connect. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still doesn't work. My subscription is still live and active. Used to work with no issues.
