My experience so far is terrible. Stupid Virtual Assistant with no helpful information. Texts don't have copy code buttons. Registration didn't accept the codes sent.

Have many issues since I recently installed AT&T fiber. Promises like "internet backup" don't actually work. You can't active the service on the app, it fails immediately when selected... and it says it's included so why should I even need to activate this service. You can't order additional mesh extenders as claimed through the app or website. No intuitive information on how you can do that. Have major billing errors on my first bill. Claiming free installation, bundled savings, and rebates.

The app and the internet service are terrible. A coworker recommended AT&T for my home internet, I checked the availability in my area, no problem. They sent a "plug and play" device which is so weak I lose connectivity all the time while working and have to move the device into the room where we need it most. The Smart Home app does not keep users that I've blocked - blocked. I constantly need to check the app to make sure they're blocked. You can only pause a user for 24 hours. Terrible app.
