Loading events endlessly without showing records. If records something, its not HD just SD 640*480. The email alert doesn't work at all. To format sd card fails every time I try. The connection is lagging even when my phone and the camera are on the same wifi. RUBBISH. SENT EMAIL TO THE SHOP SAYING I FEEL RIPPED OFF. NO RESPONSE! RUBBISH. RUBBISH. RUBBISH...... DONT BUY SMART-I PRODUCTS!

Agree with what's written below. Will add that it also locks up once a week
requiring a hard reboot. Dont expect smart i to protect your property while
your away on holiday etc because just like the alarm system i also have
this needs you to be at home just to keep it working. This needs some good
software updates to fix these issues.
