Strict, frustrating app with annoying and infuriating core problem that if you need a new phone you must schedule a visit to your bank branch so that they get your smartid working on your new phone. The lack of 'smart' features (ironic isn't it), like strict device binding and no cloud backup make this app stupid and biggest hassle of your life, I hate it. And Europe strict laws (eiDAS) are at fault for this. They could atlest make it more consumer friendly.

There has been at least one global outage. Also sometimes pop-up does not work, but opening app then always helps

It's great, and I've honestly never had any problems with it. I also love that you can renew your account by scanning your ID card and your face — it's super quick and convenient.

Slow, crashes and won't open most of the time. Update: It's gotten even worse than before. Most of the time you have to log in 10 times to get anywhere and most of the time the app doesn't open and when it does, it go back to the beginning, and you have to log in again. Update again: It's been six months since my last update and the app won't open at all. You can't log into the bank without a computer.

Support is premium rate phone number that charges extra per minute. It makes you listen to option lists and connects you with incompetent staff. Can't renew account in graphene OS.

Imagine instruction to scan QR code when there is no QR code available. Hence, I can't log in
