This app makes running a location -independent business with Estonian e-residency so much easier. Logging in with the ID card is often problematic, so it's a great relief to be able to use Smart-ID for everything official.

For some idiotic reason, the app suddenly uses ringtone volume for its notifications, instead of system sounds. Thus, if your phone isn't on silent, the app beeps at you loudly every time there's a prompt to enter the code. Just why?

Extremely inconvenient troublesome app. It won't allow even to pay for my mobile, requires bank customer ID, personal ID, then pin for the payment, then pin2 for signing the transaction! It cannot send push notification, I have to open it manually each time, when my bank online is open. It drives me crazy. I hate Smart ID.

Smart ID has failed me not one time. The first time they said that my CORRECT pin is incorrect and had to uninstall my account, then had to register a second time and the same thing happened THE SAME DAY. It's a sketchy app, and now I'm afraid I will lose my money because this app doesn't work.
