Strict, frustrating app with annoying and infuriating core problem that if you need a new phone you must schedule a visit to your bank branch so that they get your smartid working on your new phone. The lack of 'smart' features (ironic isn't it), like strict device binding and no cloud backup make this app stupid and biggest hassle of your life, I hate it. And Europe strict laws (eiDAS) are at fault for this. They could atlest make it more consumer friendly.

Good alternative to Mobilized. Here are some pointers to make it better: - cannot use Mobilized or another Smart ID to set it up on a new device - often webpage jumpd straight to the point where you have to pick a number out of 3. But you did not see the number, it was not shown - many pages, like state services, state that Smart ID is supported but in reality it does not work - many services like Partner Kaart App or Maxima App have no option to verify age with Smart ID during the shopping

Not reliable at all. Would rate it lower if I could. Everything worked like it was supposed to. Now they've hired vibe coders to try and fancy the app up, but it has just broken things. Tried to force some QR authenticating while on my mobile device... Hey how can I scan with the same device that has the qr on it??!?! And authenticating via pin as before just doesn't work anymore.

It's difficult to keep up with all the new demands, especially if you don't live permanently in Estonia. e.g. if you have pre NFC ID card and have no possibility to go to estonian bank it becomes impossible to renew your smart ID.
