The customised controls do not work. If I turn them off it opens google play not Samsung Music. I want double-tap and triple-tap to increase and decrease volume when idle and triple-tap to increase when music is playing. Play/pause doesnt work when it is on customised even though I didn't change it. This app could be very useful, but it doesn't work, fix it and I will rate higher.

Doesn't actually work. I got sony headphones which said to download this app to enable the multifunction button. I can only use voice command with it. When I uninstalled the app I could pause/unpause music but that's it. Useless app. Atleast the sound is good.

I bought Sony MDR-XB50AP a couple of months ago. I am using the Headphones with my Redmi Note 5 Pro. But this app seems to don't work properly. Double tap and triple taps are not working properly. Sometimes when you double tap, the action takes place corresponding to the single tap. This app is based on an Excellent idea. If it would have worked properly i would have showed off it in front of my friends. But it's not. Please repair this app.
