Smart Ledger is a smart bookkeeping app for individuals and families. Data is stored primarily on your device, helping you quickly log expenses, track income and spending, and manage budgets and assets.
Core Features • Bookkeeping & Bills: Expenses, income, and transfers; bill list, search filters, and calendar view to check every transaction at any time. • Home Overview: Income/expense summary and quick entry points; smart assistant helps answer bookkeeping-related questions. • Statistics & Analysis: Multi-dimensional charts and drill-downs; period comparisons to see changes more intuitively. • Budget: Monthly budget and progress, with system notifications for budget and task reminders (notification permissions can be managed in system settings). • Assets & Accounts: Account and asset views, internal transfers; multi-currency settings to adapt to different currency habits. • Multiple Ledgers & Sharing: Multi-ledger management; shared ledgers / collaborative bookkeeping and LAN sync (use only in trusted network environments). • Templates, Categories & Tags: One-click bookkeeping with frequently used templates; flexible organization with categories and tags. • Extended Scenarios: Loans and due reminders; investment holdings tracking; to-do lists; item management. • Data & Backup: Import external bills from CSV/Excel (including field mapping and preview; specific limits and entitlements are subject to in-app instructions). It is recommended to regularly back up data within the app. • Security & Convenience: App lock; home screen widgets (today’s expenses, budget progress, quick add) and system shortcuts.

Permissions & Privacy Camera is used for attaching photos to entries, QR code scanning, adding items, etc. On lower system versions, the app may need to read files you actively select to complete imports or image picking. Notifications are used for reminders you have enabled. We integrate services provided by Google for analytics, performance monitoring, crash collection, and billing.
