★★★★★ This is the first smart ring health tracker app I started using in 2022, and it is incredibly easy to use and doesn't require registration unless you want to use sleep tracking within the app. Once you create an account within the app to bind your smart ring to you can then utilize, store and review your sleep data to track your sleep patterns. The best feature of the app for me is the TESTING INTERVALS option that allows 10, 20, 30 and 60 minute time periods to be set for the ring to update.

★★☆☆☆ Has a hard time finding and connecting with the ring, even though I have Bluetooth always on. It also doesn't let you change from Celsius to Fahrenheit for temperature and doesn't let you change over to miles for walking. Needs a lot more development and the ability to personalize.

★★☆☆☆ Can't select units of measurement from centigrade to Fahrenheit. Etc. Also, sleep monitor doesn't record. Total garbage.

★★☆☆☆ Apparently I don't sleep? No sleep measurements whatsoever. Step clear does nothing either. Also, app could look much better. It's easy to make a button in XML

★★☆☆☆ App looks like it was designed be a child and doesn't work. Doesn't collect data and, if it manages to get any, can't store it. Useless joke
