Easy to use, works well, would recommend. Only query: can't seem to select
items from the saved list and add them to the shopping list, would be
really useful. Or am I missing something?

This is a pretty basic app, but it's exactly what I need and does its job well. No ads, functional, and never had any problems after months of use. And as someone that enjoys crossing things off of list, the strike through is a nice touch 👌

I would rate it better if it has the ability to also add the required number of each item for purchasing in the shopping list.

It is impossible to switch tasks when I'm in this app. When I press the overview button, I usually get a stack of thumbnails of all my open apps. Inside smart shopping list, nothing happens after the popup is dismissed. It really makes this app difficult to use for me. I've been responding to your emails. Contrary to your claim, I have found this problem in no other app. You really need to check your if statements. It's not a Samsung problem. It is your app. You display a popup when I click the Recents button, and then nothing happens when the popup is dismissed. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not changed the behavior.
