I first purchased a SMOVE about 2 weeks ago and had such a horrible experience with their product. I was very reluctant to try anything else, however I needed to find a stabilizer for smartphone videos, so I took the plunge agian. The Joby is AMAZING!!! I use a Galaxy S10, and the experience has been flawless. Face/object tracking work seamlessly, its light, easy to use, and FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! Absolutely love this product and app, thank you for making such a quality product!!!

There is nothing, there is no stabilizer

Useless, even when the stabilizer is connected to phone via Bluetooth it can't see it, and it asks for too many permissions

The app notifications are blocked and can't be unblocked so the app is pointless 🙄 making half the features of the product un available

I'm having trouble with the Job Gimbals app, specifically the Smart Stabilizer feature. The app requires permissions, but despite granting all necessary permissions in the settings, it's still not working. Can the devs please look into this issue and provide a fix? Until then, the app is unusable for me.
