The app is built really well, and overall I'm satisfied with it, however the Smart+ Matter Plug won't track the energy consumed over the after I updated the firmware to v2.2.12.

Cool app. Lot modes and light settings, modes, timings. But add simple widget - On/Off selected light or area. Every time wait opening app for switch one bulb - going mad)

The app has improved over the time I owned it. The devs curated response to reviews offering advice or feedback gives a warm reception that the product is cared for. I would like some improvements to the widget: add opacity control to make BG invisible, ability to make it shorter (I have 1 item), and it is literally an on/off switch only, if you need to configure colors you need to open the app, but the widget doesn't let you do that - the widget should have a clickable space that opens app too

This app is useless. I'm unable to pair an SRAM smart+ bulb. It was possible to pair it in Alexa without any app, and now I have to use this app that doesn't work. EDIT: of course I followed your guides, all of them and that app doesn't find anything. The bulb blinks just on time and that's it, and it doesn't go on pairing mode. EDIT2: I've been turning on/off the lamp 5 times for an hour. I tried everything, with 0 seconds in between the on/off, 3 seconds and 5 seconds. No success

Total chaos and utterly useless. I started by looking for the right app. The bulb is from SRAM. The instructions mention Smart+. So I install the app. I have to open an "account". I swipe several times until I finally reach a screen where I can push a + sign, assuming this will finally add the light bulb, so I can control it with Alexa. The light bulb is recognized and then: not supported yet. I scan the QR code on the packaging: page not found. I click on Advance: page not found. Useless.

I bought the lights' and they are loosing connection all the time even when I am close to them. I restart devices so many times.
