I think this service is an excellent idea. They indicate that my County participates in the Smart911 program, but I have no way to verify that. I've called 911 before, but I have no way of knowing if they received the information I entered. I would like some confirmation from my County that they are still participating and that the e911 service is receiving my personalized Smart911 data. I'd like someone to contact me about this. If it works the way they say it does, I highly recommend it.

Luckily I have not had to use smart 911 for an emergency. But I feel better knowing that when I call 911 all the information will be available to the dispatcher in case of an emergency like a stroke. And help will be on the way immediately

I downloaded this app and entered all of my information, and then we had the biggest snowstorm of the past 10 years, and it didn't send me one alert, not one alert!

Sent me an emergency shelter in place notification and no clue as to why. Can't find any information as to why. Next time, give me an idea as to why. Gas leak, active shooter, atomic bomb? WHAT!?

Loaded app on an iPad, but wouldn't let me sign in on my phone, don't waste your time, pretty much useless.no way to contact the app for assistance.

For a system that is supposed to alert me to emergencies, it's ridiculously hard to sign up and even harder to make sure that my profile is set up properly to be at all useful. No wonder people die in disasters...they never got the word to get out! Even when they thought they set it up right.
