Really good app to have! Not only so Emergency Responders know what to expect regarding your health / location, when they come on the scene, but also it lets Emergency agencies know if you have / don't have the means (& need their help) to evacuate in an emergency!

ABSOLUTELY A MUST-HAVE APP! The notifications are great! In addition, be able to have my information entered, and emergency contacts, so in event of emergency I know 911 will have is priceless! Recommend this app to everyone

Update 02252026 still waiting on an update to this app really would love to have that bulk delete option added! Great app just missing a feature that makes it a little annoying! Needs a select all and bulk delete for messages, it is tedious to have to open each message and delete one by one, when you get dozens of alerts daily!

For a system that is supposed to alert me to emergencies, it's ridiculously hard to sign up and even harder to make sure that my profile is set up properly to be at all useful. No wonder people die in disasters...they never got the word to get out! Even when they thought they set it up right.

Already have an account with a username/password. This app won't let me sign on with my username. It only lets you sign on with a phone number which is how you get data breaches and spam. Regardless, I already have a username. I don't want to give the app developers my phone number, so I cannot use this app. Also will not let you get alerts unless you leave on precise location at all times. Absolutely unnecessary. If I want alerts from a particular area, that's my business. Deleted.

My wife is on hospice. I got so when she falls she can call emergency responders. There's no way on the app to do that. Furthermore, No way to leave special instructions. How do I use this app. Why is it so complicated?
