★★★★★ I was able to do my work at home and then quickly print at the library without having to bring laptop. It was amazing.

★★☆☆☆ The login screen shows my correct library, but the error message about wrong library card # and PIN shows Virginia Beach library. Wrong city/state/library system.

★★☆☆☆ I tried to enter my library card number and pin, and it keeps saying my library card is invalid, and my pin is not correct, I try several times.

★★☆☆☆ Won't let me log in, Samsung Galaxy S7. Keeps telling me invalid pin/number, I keep checking it, retype it, my # is correct, but it never works... the pop-up also has a logo from Virginia Beach Public Library, I'm at a County of Los Angeles Public Library...
