In order to get an access code, the app asked me a series of questions, such as my dob, ssn, zip code. After I entered all this info, I still couldn't get the code. It says error and some of the info I entered were incorrect. I pretty sure I know what this info are. Please fix.

Having issues getting into the app. I Uninstaller it and reinstalled it and having trouble getting in. When I request for a new access code to be emailed to me, I never get it

Can't log in. Keep getting an error. Tried to reset password to see if that would let me in and says access code is wrong or to verify my information.
