App easy to use, the images captured are well recorded including the time and date. Also, there are a lot of useful features including being able to get the tenant to sign on the App at the time of sign the tenancy agreement. But now there are more emphasis on detail comments to support the images when using to support a claim for deposit. This I found very time-consuming. On the positive side, the support team are very helpful.

I was considering paying for a professional inventory until someone recommended this app. Even then I wasn't sure as I thought it would be difficult for me to manage hundreds of photos and filing everything in the correct category. Anyway, I started using it, and it's really easy to create a professional looking property inventory with all photos filed correctly. The app also provides the facility for the landlord and tenant to sign digitally which is quite useful.

Useless when at property. Just crashes all the time. When did work it was very slow I'm in Android Samsung Galaxy S5. I had to take pictures without the App and then compile report on PC. Glad I didn't subscribe to monthly package, but feel like I've wasted £25 on the pay as you go option. Won't be using again. Might even ask for a refund!
