This app has only one major flaw, it doesn't sync with any primary health apps like Google health or Samsung or Apple Health. BUT. Even my Dr was amazed that it's blood pressure is always very close to reality, and it tracks extremely well. The battery in the ring lasts very long and the app then sync quickly

So far my health ring has done exactly what it has advertised. I have found out just how little I actually sleep as compared to how much I think I am sleeping. The BP monitor is exactly what I needed to keep track of that. Only complaint I might have is the step counter, counting non-existent steps.

I love my new smart health ring. I like the fact that it tracks everything that is important to me. What a great device. It's very reasonably priced and is a great way to keep an eye on your health

It will not connect my ring to the app I did everything it told me to do, and this ring was a waste of my money and this app sucks I do not recommend

Don't waste your money on this ring and app, it's cheap for a reason. It worked ok for 2 weeks then it stopped tracking my steps, no matter what I do it just restarts my step count at random times of the day, and I have no idea my step count. It also was very inaccurate with the steps and wouldn't load on the app. Useless if you want it for step count.

Well I gave the ring R10M and its app 2 stars, because eventually it worked, and the readings were accurate. However, it had seemingly turned itself off, which is ok, except that now it won't connect at all!!!! I'm using a Samsung, for a small moment I was going to be one of the lucky ones, however, I'm not, so now it's just a ring, and it's not even a fancy one. ☹️
