I love the Device Have it for 2 years and no problem with it only problem I see is that they do not have a Download for computer use it will be so good if you can monitor across your computer instead of taking space on your tablet or phone computer have Bluetooth also people would love easier to use

It does what it's supposed to but... I hate that it won't save my name under "Mine" it shows battery life, allows you to place a profile picture which I did but every time I change "Visitor" to my name it doesn't save my name, reverts to "Visitor". Everything else works fine, it monitors everything well, tracks everything well. Lastly, I am in a wheelchair, and it doesn't allow you to just disable "Steps". If I were coding this app I would all you do disable each section you don't want.

It's a great app for free! The only issue I've had was disconnection from the rings, but that's probably because of a power setting to save battery life. Or it could be because I have two rings that I can swap between while the other one is charging. As far as I can tell it works with any ring. Temu and Amazon sell the exact same rings for different prices. I bought from both places, and they came in identical boxes with identical everything about them, except Temu was way cheaper.

Terrible app! I have to uninstall and reinstall every day and log in just to look at the health stats. Also, doesn't have an option to share information with Health Connect, so I can connect my ring information to my Samsung health account.

The steps and calories reset randomly during the day back to zero. The sleep score sometimes combines two nights together. Not the best app.

No treadmill mode, walking requires gps to start, walking stops after you reach your goal, blocked the phone or stopped on the traffic lights. Walking does not count into overall step counter. Smallest interval for auto heart beat speed scan is 30 minutes. Sport modes do not show you dynamics or modes you are likely to be operating in. Sport modes heart rate logs do not affect general chart. Guess I'll just buy the Samsung ring and forget this mvp of an app.

It's a fairly basic ring, I was ok with that. But the app has stopped working, so what's the point of having it if I can't see basic readings?
