★★★★★ Received a Black Friday offer, and financially it was great with other things like cell and internet that came after. Honestly it was extremely frustrating with the techs that set it up in all options even internet and cell. However they resolved it slowly eight frustrating months later. I have a contract that ends in November. Since the issues have been fixed I say at 6 out of 10 to continue.

★★★★★ Tylus smart security the app is a good one. So when you disarm it on the app you don't need to put your passcode. But on the panel you need to put the passcode. So I guess the app is five stars

★★★★★ Excellent year-long experience with this application and my couple-dozen devices. Android Auto: when I modified the “Home” & “Away” Scenes, they no longer appear in my car and no Scenes appear in the Telus app anymore.

★★☆☆☆ Absolute Garbage. In conjunction with the awful security system, this app is useless. Notifications don't occur, regardless of settings. Doorbell recordings are spotty, regardless of settings. DO NOT RECOMMEND. TELUS services have declined rapidly.

★★☆☆☆ Useless App that wants to link service from My Telus App - which doesn't work either. Wasted time on a worthless camera and service.

★★☆☆☆ Stressful. It used to let me log in, but now, every time I try, it says that "something went wrong." Even though it is the correct password and username. It's annoying because I can't check my cameras, change my thermostat, or lock my doors from the app. Wish I didn't change from my old security system, this one sucks!
