Horribly Under Engineered The UI leaves much to be desired. Functionally not worth the time. Scheduling should be a separate function all together, instead it's a third rate waste of time that is very hard to navigate or interface with at all.

It needs to be set up to make outgoing calls to contacts and better calendar functionality.
