A true life-saver! I am so grateful for this app, this is single-handedly the best app I've ever paid for, as it saved me from my own stupidity with my Samsung TV and SEK-3500... My only advice I can offer (other than making sure your phone has an IR port!) would be, if you have an SEK3500 that is acting up, to go into 'compact' mode on this if needing the service menu, from there - when your TV is just 'on', hit info, and - whilst the banner is up, press Factory, and - you're in (I won't give you ALL the info needed, that wouldn't be fair to clog up the devs page) - as an aside, if you press Factory more than once, you'll get screens of flashing solid colors, this remains that way even if you switch the TV off - so, if that happens, just press Factory again, and - they'll go away :)

Managed to change my TV region I have a Samsung tv with built-in satellite receiver. The model I have can receive the UK freesat epg however I bought my TV from France, and I was disappointed to realize it could only get the Fran sat epg. I contacted Samsung, and they gave me a rubbish reply that I couldn't change it with any setting or firmware update. I decided you try this app. I was able to get into the hidden engineers menu and change the country region to UK. Now I have freesat on my TV. I couldn't be happier :)

I tried to install this on my iPhone 14 plus with upgraded iOS 16.6, but it says the app needed to be updated for this version of os. I have ir device to operate remote control on iPhone and I had purchased this app on android Version. I need this for IOS 16.6

Sadly this caused my phone to restart. Tried multiple times, after I press a button nothing happens, press again and then system restarts. Other remote apps work on device. I'm using a HTC one m8 aicp android 10 has built in ir blaster
