SMPLTSK - Visual Task List

You price the job right. Then miscommunication eats the margin.

SMPLTSK is the visual task app built by a registered builder, for builders and tradies who are tired of jobs done wrong because the message was forgotten or misunderstood.

---

📸 SNAP A PHOTO
Take a picture of any job, work area or equipment.

📍 MARK THE TASKS
Tap anywhere on the photo to place numbered markers. Add a description for each task. Red markers = work pending.

✏️ DRAW ON YOUR PHOTO
Add arrows, lines and drawings directly on the image. Point to exactly what you mean — no words needed.

✅ TRACK COMPLETION
Workers tap each marker, read the instructions, complete the task and tick it green. Red turns to green — instant visual progress. You'll know about it instantly.

📤 SHARE INSTANTLY
Send task photos via text, email or any messaging app. No logins. No app needed for your workers to view and complete. It's that easy to protect your profit.

⏰ SET REMINDERS
Never let a task slip through the cracks. Set reminders on any task batch so nothing gets forgotten.

🔒 YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
All data stored locally on your device. No cloud storage. No accounts required. No monthly fees. Complete privacy.

WHY VISUAL TASKS WORK BETTER:

Research shows 65% of people are visual learners. Text-based task lists fail because your team thinks in pictures, not paragraphs.

With SMPLTSK there's no confusion about WHICH tile needs replacing or WHERE the defect is. Point at it. Mark it. Done.

"Replace the third tile from the left, four rows up from the corner near the door" opens you up to a mistake and a costly revisit to site.
vs.

Which one gets done right the first time?

BUILT FROM REAL EXPERIENCE:

"As a registered builder, I have to communicate effectively or profits vanish. I tried many methods but unfinished tasks, forgotten tools and worker misunderstandings were eating my time and money. I learned that most people respond better to visual cues so I created SMPLTSK. Now I send tasks quickly and my workers see exactly what they need to do — reducing our daily mental load."

WORKS ALONGSIDE YOUR EXISTING TOOLS:

Your construction software handles scheduling, budgets and admin. SMPLTSK works alongside it for on-site visual task communication. Software runs your business — SMPLTSK gets individual tasks done on the ground.
