SMS Messenger - Messages App

SMS Messenger - Messages App is a beautifully designed Android messaging
app that turns your default SMS into something you'll actually enjoy
using. A clean, modern interface, real privacy, and the smart features
you'd expect from a premium app — all completely free.

★ Designed to feel premium
our in-house design language — pairs frosted-glass
surfaces, soft gradients, and friendly Lexend typography for a look that
feels at home on any modern Android phone. Spring-driven animations and
a floating, animated tab bar make every tap feel tactile.

★ Smart Inbox

Conversations are sorted automatically into Personal, Transactions, and
Starred — so OTPs, delivery updates, and bank alerts stop drowning out
the messages from real people. Tap any tab to switch views instantly.

★ Schedule SMS for later

Pick a contact, write your message, choose a date and time. We'll send
it for you at exactly the right moment — even if the app is closed.
Perfect for birthday wishes, appointment reminders, and follow-ups you
don't want to forget.

★ Beautiful conversations

Smooth gradient bubbles, message-status indicators (sent, delivered),
date separators that group messages by day, and grouped consecutive
messages from the same sender. Sending feels fast and looks great.

★ Quick contact picker

Type a name or a phone number — matching contacts appear instantly with
the matched text highlighted. Don't have the number saved? You can
message them directly OR save the number to your contacts with one tap.

★ Bulk Edit

Long-press a conversation to enter selection mode, then mass-archive,
mass-mark-as-read, or mass-delete. Cleaning up an inbox has never been
this satisfying.

★ Powerful Search

Real-time search across all your conversations with the matched
keywords highlighted in vivid purple. Filter by Messages, People, or
Files.

★ 9 Languages, with proper translations

English · Hindi (हिन्दी) · Spanish (Español) · French (Français) ·
German (Deutsch) · Portuguese (Português) · Arabic (العربية, full
RTL support) · Simplified Chinese (简体中文) · Japanese (日本語)

Change language anytime from Settings — no restart needed.

★ Light and Dark themes

A vibrant light theme inspired by iOS, a deep dark theme tuned for OLED
displays, or "Follow System" so the app matches your phone's appearance.
Switch from Settings → Appearance.

★ Your messages stay on YOUR phone

We do not upload your SMS, contacts, or personal data to any server.
Every message stays inside Android's standard SMS provider on your
device. No accounts. No sign-in. No cloud sync. No tracking.

★ Free, with non-intrusive ads

We support development with Google AdMob ads shown only in
non-sensitive surfaces. Ads never appear inside an open conversation,
and we never read your messages to serve them.

— Permissions we use —

- SMS / MMS — required to send and receive your text messages.
- Contacts — so we show names and photos instead of bare numbers.
- Phone state — to identify your active SIM for outgoing messages.
- Notifications — to alert you when a new SMS arrives.

Each is requested only when you choose to use the feature that needs
it. You can decline any non-essential permission in Settings.
