There is one issue. On others phones they can get a free drink but for me, it says I have to add a card and when I try to find where I can add a card it doesn't say anything, so I can't get a free drink. So I need help trying to find where I can add a card to get a free drink. I love your guys drink because of the mango ice slush I can get it on the app if I knew how to add a card to get the free drink/Mango ice slush

For us the app is awesome for ordering takeout for our favorite Japanese restaurant Ramen Kumomoto. However, if you know the restaurant you want to see or go to sometimes it's hard to navigate and fond that restaurant. Other than that it's Awesome!!!

Ordering made easy! I love that my colleagues, and can order together but pay separately while earning a discount.

It's not a bad app and for a long time I really loved it, but recently they removed the ability to send gifts to people which was probably the best thing about it and what set it apart from other apps

It used to have an interactive map for discovering restaurants, and you could search for say "beef teriyaki" and it would show all nearby restaurants that have beef teriyaki of the snack pass restaurants. Both very useful features were needlessly removed from the app. Please bring them back. Thanks

I updated on newest Android, and it's COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. Explore tab doesn't work (just "location timed out") with location permission enabled always while using app, so I can't order anything! Searching for restaurant name doesn't work either. Plus now "my stuff" (points I've accumulated towards rewards) doesn't show up, it says I have no punch cards when that is not true when I look at an older version of the app!
