Description
What is the longest possible length a bird can be? Obviously a question only all the fruit in the world can answer! But where could all this fruit be hiding? Follow Redbird, Greenbird and Bluebird on a quest for an amount of fruit beyond any birds wildest dreams.
Snakebird is a very simple but deceptively challenging puzzle game about assuming the right shapes for the task at hand, be it pushing, lifting, teleporting or just defying the laws of physics.
"I’m not just addicted to Snakebird, I’m in love with the beautiful art style and endearing design of the character itself. I’d love to see an expansion, a sequel, and a spinoff — at this point, I’m all in." 5/5 - toucharcade.com
"The kind of puzzler that makes you want to hurl your device at the wall, but it remains glued to your fist because it’s just so good." 5/5, App of the week - stuff.tv
"...the feeling of finally completing a seemingly impossible puzzle after so much failure is just so wonderfully satisfying!" 8.5/10 - destructoid.com

Snakebird is an incredibly well-designed puzzle game, but it's pretty buggy on my device. Sometimes levels will fail to unlock when they should and the Unity debug screen pops up.

A simple but challenging puzzle game. The mechanic is straightforward but what really shines is the level design. Each level feels like a carefully crafted challenge. I'm glad that there are not too many puzzles, as the game would begin to feel stale. Beating a level requires a progression of knowledge as you identify steps that get you closer to the goal until finally you see the path to completing a level - which sometimes can be surprisingly tricky to carry out! Definitely recommended!

Only 7 free levels (1-6 and 10). Some elements are broken, and the in-game purchase option doesn't work. The levels aren't challenging, and only rely on a few tricks you learn through trial and error. Seems to me, it should be in early access, and not released as is. It has potential, but I do not recommend it as is.

The app is so glitchy. I spent $7 on it but the controls are so finicky, half the time they don't work and the other half it jumps. Undo and restart simply do not work and the only workaround is to restart the app. I've only heard good things about this app, and I was hoping for a fun puzzle, but this was a major disappointment. I can't even speak to the actual puzzle because it's simply not playable!! I will be requesting a refund.
