This app is a great way to highlight any issues in your community. Your "snap" is forwarded to the correct authority who then solve the issue which (in my case) is usually quick and efficient.
★★★★★Catherine Hammond· Jun 17, 2026
SnapSendSolve is a great way to communicate with the authorities if you have a problem in your local area
★★★★★Veronica Phillips· Apr 13, 2026
Great way to communicate and get issues solved in and around our community
★★★★★Christine Thirkell· Jun 30, 2026
Fantastic to be able to report public space issues (burst water pipes, dumped rubbish, dangerous road or pathway issues, trees down, flooding, water or air pollution...) to the right people who can act on reports. A useful and easy to use app on my phone.
★★★★★Wayne Swann· May 22, 2026
This app is a great way to help our Council to know about and resolve issues.

It's been six months, and I still can't upload more than one image that is stored in my gallery. **** I still can't upload more than one image. **** went to post something today, and I can only upload one image? The maximum is four. The only way I can do it is to close the app, reopen it, and upload the image, and it only allows one image. In the 'before and after' upload mode 🤔

Useful. Council actually repaired potholes I reported after a few weeks. I can't get app to use EXIF location data on photos on Android so have to manually enter address which is quite tedious. It just stopped working. Location is on and precise and only while using app.

Snapper should be able to edit, and cancel a snap. Needs an option to report inappropriate snaps. Ie of homeless people taken without permission. 23/12 . More snaps of homeless people being taken. 6/2026 and still no quick way to photos of homeless people removed.

Using AI and Joogle is just wasting people's time. I'm typing d o g for the start of street name and Joogle is saying d u d. wasting time. I type 'parking illegally' and AI can't work it out that it's illegal parking. Wasting time.
