This app is a great way to highlight any issues in your community. Your "snap" is forwarded to the correct authority who then solve the issue which (in my case) is usually quick and efficient.

Useful. Council actually repaired potholes I reported after a few weeks. I can't get app to use EXIF location data on photos on Android so have to manually enter address which is quite tedious. It just stopped working. Location is on and precise and only while using app.

App and tool ok in concept BUT getting an outcome highly unlikely I used this 12 times and each time providing highly detailed reports and pics which were never used Outcomes slow and tool reports problems as solved when in each case these were 100% unsolved Suggest Inner west Council who I like and good but should disband this unless process unless they commit to taking action... just frustrates user Don't even know why I bothered to do this survey as it just wasted more of my time

It's been six months, and I still can't upload more than one image that is stored in my gallery. **** I still can't upload more than one image. **** went to post something today, and I can only upload one image? The maximum is four. The only way I can do it is to close the app, reopen it, and upload the image, and it only allows one image. In the 'before and after' upload mode 🤔

Using AI and Joogle is just wasting people's time. I'm typing d o g for the start of street name and Joogle is saying d u d. wasting time. I type 'parking illegally' and AI can't work it out that it's illegal parking. Wasting time.

Snapper should be able to edit, and cancel a snap. Needs an option to report inappropriate snaps. Ie of homeless people taken without permission. 23/12 . More snaps of homeless people being taken. 6/2026 and still no quick way to photos of homeless people removed.
