Very rapid response to my Snap Send Solve of dumped tractor tire. Unfortunately I get a fair bit of rubbish dumped in the native vegetation growing on the road reserve. I feed the small stuff out through my bin (which the rubbish dumpers should do themselves) but some rubbish is too big to handle. This is where Snap Send Solve is so helpful. Thanks to those who run it - much appreciated.

This app would be great if the reports were ever actually responded to. Have snapped multiple issues that have never been resolved.

Snapper should be able to edit, and cancel a snap. Needs an option to report inappropriate snaps. Ie of homeless people taken without permission. 23/12 . More snaps of homeless people being taken. 6/2026 and still no quick way to photos of homeless people removed.

Useful. Council actually repaired potholes I reported after a few weeks. I can't get app to use EXIF location data on photos on Android so have to manually enter address which is quite tedious. It just stopped working. Location is on and precise and only while using app.

This app has such potential, but it needs a lot of work. I tried to use it for the first time. There was a car parked across the footpath, the perfect use case. Problem #1, even with all permissions, I had to manually look up my location. Problem #2, I took a photo of the car, being sure to get the rego plate, but then I'm asked to manually enter the type of, length, make, model, blah, blah, blah. ALL of this information is in a database, in this instance Vic Roads, which can be looked.

It's been six months, and I still can't upload more than one image that is stored in my gallery. **** I still can't upload more than one image. **** went to post something today, and I can only upload one image? The maximum is four. The only way I can do it is to close the app, reopen it, and upload the image, and it only allows one image. In the 'before and after' upload mode. 🤔
