It's been a while since user complaints are mentioned... can this be fixed or is it just rocket science for the server?

I don't know what a complaints are for. For the most part it's been pretty reliable as far as camera apps go. The light itself gives a clear picture. The app functions accurately with the notifications (unless it's raining or snowing which is understandable.) One weird thing though is SOMETIMES I can only download the 30-second clip and other times it gives me the option to download up to 5 minutes. No idea why but overall better than other camera apps I've used.

I purchased smart light bulbs & hub & was told to download this app by customer service since the singled app wouldn't let me get pass entering my passcode to complete account set up. This app requires a password of 8 characters using numbers capital and lowercase letters. I've been doing this for 2 days now & still can't create an account. Customer service completely stopped helping me once I notified them of the problem!

Over a day now, can no longer log into snap app or access video or turn off floodlights. "Abnormal network, please try again later", even after resetting network gear and all my internet works fine. Appears the product may be discontinued, no longer listed on singled website. Just ordered the latest Chinese 365 pan tilt 1080p Wi-Fi bulb cams running about $30 ea. You can get them on AliExpress for half that... bye bye snaps, used to be good!

Paid $150+ for this smart bulb. Within a month or so, is it working or not? I don't know, because I can't enter the app. When prompted, I emailed support to report the issue, and there has been no response in 2 weeks. 0 stars.
