Description
New upgrade to SnapLot! SnapLot 360 gives dealers and lot service providers the ability to capture interactive interior media and exterior 360's within the existing SnapLot application. Dealerships can select specific features to tag as hot spots that display for online car shoppers. After capture is complete, 360's are syndicated to key advertising sites for online display. SnapLot 360 is an offering that can be easily adopted and differentiate a dealership from the competition, while increasing margin and improving operational efficiency. SnapLot provides a simple-to-use image capture solution. Photos taken on the lot are wirelessly uploaded to HomeNet's Inventory Online platform or vAuto’s Provision tool via Wi-Fi and distributed to advertising sites, decreasing time to market and increasing vehicle turn.

Great app. Makes my job a lot easier. After the update I lost the ability to zoom using the volume keys. The pinch to zoom is way too sensitive and makes zooming tough. Shooting fully zoomed out causes a distortion making the vehicle look sort of egg like. Please reimplement the zoom using volume buttons. Galaxy Note 8 UPDATE: The volume buttons work for zoom controls again! Thank you for listening to your users. I updated my review from 4 stars to 5

Vehicle you are trying to look up for pictures are not coming up. Other than that the app is still able to perform.

Constant bugs with uploading photos out of order, uploading thw same photo in multiple places, or no uploading the correct photo at all... ive called support at least once a week the past 4 weeks, and I am just told to delete and re-upload the photos until it is right. They try to blame Wi-Fi speeds and connection hit that is definitely not the issue. Most recently I was told to disconnect from mobile data and Wi-Fi while taking photos, then connect to sevcie to upload after photos taken.

For some unknown reason the App crashes on launch. Doesn't look like an update has happened to cause it since this is a new problem. I've deleted reinstalled cleared Cache you name it to try and fix with no luck

Horrible app and development. Consistently crashes and forces a restart of the device to get the app working again. Frequent updates that bizarrely remove quality of life features and a common freezing issue really drive home how much everyone should avoid this. Would like to give a day by day update worth of how terrible this app is. UPDATE: Guess what? They pushed out another update, and now it can't make it through a single car.

Extremely unreliable. This app sounds great in theory, but in reality it is a different story altogether. Pictures get reordered and even when you fix the order, they don't stay that way. Of course, that is if they stay at all. We have had to retake multiple vehicle photos because they somehow just disappear from auto. We went back to our old process (taking them in the auto app) and all the problems disappeared. This app is definitely not ready for prime time.
