Since upgrading, I cannot see what I've collected or redeem my rewards. From the website I can see that I'm still collecting my points, but what does that help if I can't redeem my rewards!! I've logged out and in. I've cleared data, uninstall and reinstalled, no change in behaviour. No response to my emails either... F'ing useless!!

The customer care service at SnappCard is extremely poor.. Emailed them on 27th June and still haven't received a response.. This is not the 1st time I've emailed them. It's super frustrating to be using an app that doesn't allow me to redeem my points..
