I have been using this app to do reports for my job. Very simple to use. I have no issues with the app. Great for short or detail reports. I like you can make notes in it for a big report say incident. Save it then go back and fill the blanks with details. Also, when you sumit a report you have the option to download it in PDF to keep a copy for your self. I like this app.

The forms' app itself is great. THE PROBLEM IS THE COMPANY CONSTANTLY SENDS
SPAM TO OTHER CUSTOMERS SERVERS AND TGEY GET BLOCKED. THE PERSON THAT OWNS
THE SERVER WE USE FOR OUR Website AND INTERNET HAS BLOCKED SNAPPII
NUMEROUS TIMES FOR SPAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAVE COMPLAINED AND
COMPLAINED. THE FOLKS AT SNAPPY WILL NOTHING TO HELP. THEY DON'T SEEM TO
CARE THAT THEY ARE SPAMMING ENTIRE SERVERS.
