SnapTask

See it. Snap it. Done.

SnapTask turns household chaos into a shared, visual to-do list. Snap a photo of a leaky faucet, a messy room, or a broken shelf — and it becomes an assignable task your whole family can see, track, and get done together.

Image-First, Lightweight by Design.
No walls of text. No complicated project boards. Just point your camera at what needs fixing, add a title, assign it, and move on. Every task carries a photo so there's never any confusion about what "clean the thing in the garage" actually means.

Everything You Need, Nothing You Don't
Under the lightweight surface, SnapTask has all the tools to run a busy household:

- Subtasks — Break big jobs into steps and check them off one by one.
- Recurring Tasks — Set daily, weekly, or monthly schedules (pick specific weekdays, "2nd Tuesday," or "last Friday of the month").
- Deferred Tasks — Hide tasks until a future date so your list stays focused on today.
- 3 Reminder Types — Set exact date/time alerts, relative reminders before a due date, or daily nudges until it's done.
- Due Dates & Priorities — Flag what's urgent. Overdue tasks float to the top automatically.
- Tags & Search — Organize by room, category, or anything you want. Find tasks instantly.
- Drag to Reorder — Switch to manual sort and arrange tasks your way
- Swipe Actions — Complete, archive, extend due dates, or delete with a quick swipe.
- Bulk Actions — Select multiple tasks and complete, archive, or delete them all at once.
- Comments — Leave notes and updates on any task for your household to see.

Make Chores a Game
SnapTask turns getting things done into friendly competition:

- Points & Levels — Earn points for every task. Hard jobs pay more. Level up from Rookie all the way to Legend (99 levels!).
- Streaks — Complete at least one task a day to build your streak. Longer streaks mean bonus multipliers. Miss a day? Streak freeze tokens have your back.
- Achievements — Unlock 8 badges: First Snap, Week Warrior, Month Master, and more.
- Family Leaderboard — Weekly, monthly, and all-time rankings. See who's really pulling their weight. Browse past results and stats in leaderboard history.

Built for Families
Create a home, share an invite code, and everyone's connected:

- Assign tasks to specific family members or leave them open for anyone.
- Approval mode — Require the homeowner to sign off before tasks count as complete (great for kids' chores).
- Activity log — See who created, completed, or deleted tasks and when.
- Multiple homes — Separate spaces for your house, vacation home, or shared office.

Flexible for Any Group
Choose a home type — Home, Work, School, Personal — and get smart default tags tailored to that context. SnapTask works just as well for a college dorm, a small team, or your personal to-do list.
