Most alarms let you swipe and roll over. SnapWake won't. To dismiss the alarm you have to point your camera at a real object — your toothbrush, coffee maker, fridge, anything you choose during setup — and the on-device AI checks if it really is the same object. No object, no silence. Add the step gate and you have to physically walk across the room first.
NEW: Wake Race with Friends + Groups Set a shared alarm for your team, your dorm, your study group. Everyone wakes at the same time, the live race shows who dismissed first, and an optional wake selfie (auto-deleted after 24 hours) goes on the group's selfie wall. Bet credits with "loser pays" and watch the slowest sleeper fund the winners. Group leaderboards, streak goals, and 1-on-1 challenges keep the friendly trash-talk alive.

• Stake Your Wakeup Put credits on the line. Dismiss the alarm in time and earn your stake back plus a bonus. Miss it and lose them. Real consequences keep you honest.
• Difficulty Levels Easy, Medium, Hard — pick how strict the object matching should be.
• Repeat, Snooze and Sound Control Set repeating alarms for any day of the week. Custom sounds, vibration, and a snooze that is also gated behind the scan.
• Streaks and Stats Track on-time wakeups, build a streak, and watch your multiplier climb.
