Just unfriendly app, complex to search (and illogic) getting worst after each update. Hard to get money back, or impossible for TER. Many useless buttons and info on the ticket page, but to get you place number, you need to click then scroll... On a multi connection journey, cannot choose the previous train or alternative

Keeps on rejecting my 2 visa card. Called bank and said they did not block the transaction it was on the sncf sites end. Worthless if you're a foreigner trying to get tickets online, maybe ok if you already live in Paris.

You can't book tickets for your dog individually on the app. You have to use an automata for that. And SNCF security control is ruthless, so the app can be a liability for you.
