Absolutely love this app. My dog has hunting dog ancestry, but I'm no hunter, so it's rewarding to be able to bring her off-leash to huge areas of land without having to worry about other people or dogs. It has seriously strengthened our bond. Customer service is excellent. I needed help once; they were super kind & responsive. That's how you run a business right! I hope the Sniff spot model keeps growing and more and more properties in my area join. Highly recommended.

Ok if u find spots that are a consistent 5/5 & u message with hosts. But I've seen spots where pics show a host lied yet the spot isn't removed. I've driven out of county because spots near me had shoddy or no pics & unresponsive hosts. ANYONE is allowed to host, they don't check legitimacy. You're getting paid. You should vet spots, not me. Another review stated a host had lied about guests, which I also experienced with a potential host. I'm cancelling my subscription at the end of the month.

They allow users to trash your yard and will do absolutely nothing about it. Can't rate users who leave dog poop in your yard. Use rover.

Sniff spot takes 24% of hosts earnings and payments take up to 22 days to reach your account. I reached out regarding, and received confirmation this was accurate. There is no better option. So if you need to make MONEY in a timely fashion. DO NOT USE SNIFF SPOT.
