This little app has been an amazing tool for me and my recovery. It has been a great tool to have in times of need, and the letters from sobo help me keep reflecting on the positives. I recommend this app to help track your sobriety, reflect on what you have done well, why you feel a certain way, and the journaling and community forms are a great way not to feel so alone. I also really like the daily reflections posts. It has helped me change the narrative.

It's a great app. Sobo has an interactive chatbot u can talk to which proves relatable, understanding and comforting. The bot has the ability to adapt to your conversation style which includes a pre-installed cussing feature which I don't think is removable. Seems like the creators have the ideology that everyone with addictions and things they want to stay sober from swears. But nonetheless the app operates well except for how long it takes for u to complete your daily check in which loads 4ever.

I was so excited to use this app. I signed up, answered all the questions it asked me. Then out of nowhere It kept saying che k internet connection. I have full bars as I always do. I have used to Wi-Fi and I went outside. I couldn't get past the page to pay. Just wouldn't load at all. This was 4 days ago. I then emailed them to see what was happening and no one answered me back. I guess I won't try it out. Wish I could find another app like this. oh well. If I could give 0 stats I would. Shame

App is AI and that's disgusting. what's worse is that you cannot use the app without it forcing you to sign up for an 'unpaid' 7 day 'free' trial. you're forbidden from using the app unless you pay for it, even if only eventually, that's disgusting. Im sick of AI enshittification. Btw if you want to speak to an AI you should speak to a real life person or real therapist. Sick of AI and how stupid ppl want to act now. Wall-E type of dystopian world. I wish I was a kid again
