Using the 'pro' version, and it does block reel from insta. Reels still show up on the app, but they get blocked with an over-ride that says 'reels blocked'. Ads still show up. You have the option to use the version of Instagram available through the socialite app itself which full blocks ads and all reels from showing up however it's not as nice to use as the official Instagram app and has a huge distracting settings button that floats around the screen.

The app is amazing, and it cut my time on reels and shorts by so much already (ive had this app for a few days). The only "issues" I've experienced are for Instagram, a lot of features are missing, like the repost button or the ability to like notes. I assume it's because an older version of the Instagram website is being used. For YouTube, I can't watch videos in landscape (full screen). I really hope there's an update that changes these things.

Have a Pixel 7 and this app doesn't seem to do anything useful to remove reels or short-form media on Instagram

App didn't work on my phone + playing such an expensive a subscription (I only have a spotify subscription and this is more than double that) in an app like this is absolutely crazy. There are better alternatives that give the features you have to pay in this one for free.

Great idea, horrible execution. Most of the free features just don't work as intended or don't work at all. The majority of the useful and working features are locked behind a paywall.
