We are Brockford games, a small team of 3 based in the North East of England studying at university. This is our first project that we have put many hours into for you to enjoy. We are proud to introduce Solace to you which involves mystery, puzzles and a very creepy antagonist.

Well Done Devilishly clever little puzzles. I am not made of the same stuff as those who claim to have completed this in as little as an hour, and so, an integrated hint system would have been most welcome. Solace was well done and I look forward to the next escape.

Smashing Great escape game. Well designed and thought out. No bugs just smooth gameplay all the way through. Puzzles are tricky but not too taxing. Would like to see a sequel.

Challenging game Would have given 5 stars if some things were clearer, so I had to cheat a little bit to move onto the next level. Overall, it's well made, but too short like everyone else said :p worth 99 cents tho hah

Super lame Game is not intuitive. Buggy and gets stuck in certain parts... Got stuck reading a note and couldn't get out! The steps in the game don't make much sense at all and I don't feel they are very clever. If you want a really great game that's worth the change, then download The Room. Then you'll know what a real fun and exciting room escape challenge is REALLY like.

Interface is horrible. Double click required to pick stuff up but it doesn't work well and you wind up just stabbing at everything repeatedly. Highlights objects you have instead of hovering them to, which is traditionally the way to let you know that you have to drag the object to what your trying to interact with. Didn't find that clever, found it frustrating. I didn't find any of the puzzles clever i found them to be over though ways of doing things that could have been done simpler and sooner.

Not worth it, save your money. I'm a huge fan of clever puzzles, intriguing storylines and explorable words: Solace had NONE of that. It was very boring. Nowhere NEAR 'The Room' (5 stars) or 'Forever Lost 1 & 2' (5 stars). One star for relatively smooth camera movement. Waste of money. :(

Crappy graphics Its hard to understand what certain things are as you cannot shift angles, zoom in, etc. The puzzles are not interesting.
