My adapter Wi-Fi rj45d connected to the internet, but the app shown offline. Had email the CS, waiting for reply. Superfast response, great. Just feedback to add a feature to auto change server so convenient for the user.

I was having all sorts of issues with this app. I emailed epever and they scent me instructions on how to change to an international server. Now it works very well better than it ever has. If your having issues with this app epever replies fast and very helpful. Thanks guys

So far it's working. Added the Wi-Fi dongle to monitor from anywhere. Had to modify the international server settings to make it work correctly as it was entered wrong in the dongle. As far as the data and info that the app shows, Would like to see the data auto update at least every second or two rather than have to manually refresh it

After the painful initial setup process and some help from the tech support, I was able to set up the account and app has been working properly for me for a while now. I am able to remotely keep track of the solar system, very convenient.

Bluetooth doesn't work in Android 14- had no problems in android 12 . Different phone does see the Bluetooth adapter but will not connect - says app needed to control this Bluetooth

Spent over 4 hours trying to get this Bluetooth dongle to work. Eventually it did but the next day no connection my phone can find it, but it refuses to communicate saying 'please make sure your Bluetooth is on.' The most frustrating device I've ever had to use. Next time I will be using Vic tron I advise you all to boycot this brand for your own sanity.

The app is really slow, doesn't load any data, you have to keep refreshing, and you might see it, the developers are really bad. Always shows no connection. Network connection failed, try again.
