★★☆☆☆ When will a feature be added to send a notification to the app when grid power is off? SunSynk can do this, so when will it be added here? Really need this type of notification.

★★☆☆☆ The app is terrible, the update rate is unsatisfactory, and it lacks methods of warning you if your plant suffers some outage or other event. Not good at all. And you can only download data from the website, the website dos not work on mobile devices even if you specify to load the desktop one, terrible.

★★☆☆☆ After the new update the graph shows false information. When we open the app in morning it shows 30 units was produced at 7.00 am. At the end of the day daily production shows 30 unit extra. Please rectify these bugs.

★★☆☆☆ I'm an experienced electrical engineer working in the automation and green energy field since 90th and never faced careless crew like deye inverters support. Talking about this app, using it is like having a luxurious last model Rolls-Royce but having to drive it using a computer mouse with just two buttons. Deye solar inverters are powerful, strong, reliable, with too many efficient options and parameters but they have one of the worst handicaps, application that does not allow any control 😔
