Problem: Whenever the actual backup load on the system drops below 100 Watts, the backup loads reading immediately drops to 0 Watts. Impact: This low-load threshold cutoff prevents users from accurately monitoring standby power consumption, small household appliances (like internet routers, security cameras, or single LED lights), and battery discharge rates during low-consumption periods.

I have been using a solis inverter for like two months, within a month my solis inverter grid side got a short circuit, so my Inverter was replaced. However with replaced inverter I am now unable to see some upgrade features like that time 🕜 button we have on plant main page. I called the helpline and got my Inverter software update done but still options are not there. Can you guys guide me about this?

The application is no longer functioning correctly. There is no visibility of data for energy fed into the grid, including both current and historical periods. Therefore, I do not recommend updating. Downgraded to 5.2.203

App is Inaccurate and delayed reading. There are times that it is exporting to the grid when the sunlight is good through the app, but when I checked the physical inverter, it's not even doing that. Please Fix.

Update: It used to be easy to see how much energy was exported to the grid on a daily basis, but this feature has now been removed. This was a really useful gesture as it made it easy to correlate readings with my supplier. Please bring it back, and I'll up my review! Generally good app, credit to the developers who are constantly improving it. I'd like to see smart features e.g. the ability to recharge batteries based on the next days weather.
