I have an account for nearly 3 years now and today when I paid to remove ads. First I had issues with balance remaining 0 no matter how much I win. Now I played again and accumulated around 2500 points and could not convert. I received the following msg: Attention! Your device's time appear to be incorrect. This may affect game performance and features. Please correct it for the best gaming experience And at automatic conversion time my balance became 0 but nothing added to my account.

Look, if you are not going to pay the players for playing your game, then take down the game. All I'm seeing is one-star reviews of how bad it is and how you keep raising the payout when they already have gotten it up to. All you're doing is giving these poor players is false hope, and they're seen you running a scam. You're making money while they're not. And the way I see it, plus 99.9% of players will agree with me. PAY THE PLAYERS OR TAKE DOWN ALL THE WINR GAMES!

I attempted to cash out $10 and never received the cash even after 10 days. I emailed the company service email to no avail, and have still not received my winnings. It feels scammy to me - and now upon review they are saying they don't provide real cash payouts when they advertise doing so under the description. Change your description

Fake. My account was disabled after reaching $8. Am still waiting to be able to log in after 2 months So they will never pay. I only played various games and my account was suspended. @ winr team, So where is the fairness. Stop tricking people
