I have been playing this game for months now, and I notice in the rule notes on the tournaments it's supposed to be one card deal. That doesn't happen, and also I notice if I skip a card to pull it seems like it's not there when I go to retrieve it.Also, I have never won a tournament, and I'm good at this game you all need to check on this game bc it's not fair, and it's upsetting spending my money in on something I don't have a chance to win on. Thank You

I knew about the $20 withdrawal minimum, but after I reached level 50 and converted winnings into gems, my balance dropped to $16 and the regular cash games disappeared. Now the only cash games available are timed/continuous ones with multiple tries, so I can’t build my balance back up normally. The gift gems also don’t seem to add to my account. The animation shows them being added, but my gem totals never changes. Very disappointed.
